Store Policies

All orders are dispatched via trusted Indian express logistics partners (BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery). Orders above ₹1,999 qualify for Free Shipping across India.

Because our items are handcrafted and customized, please allow 3-5 days for resin curing and production prior to dispatch.

Due to the personalized nature of custom nameplates and resin art, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

However, in the rare event of transit damage, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours for an immediate free replacement.

We value your privacy. Personal data (names, address, phone number) provided for order customization and delivery is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
